With 2020 now behind us, 2021 promises to be as frenzied with low inventory and continued demand for properties in the Oceanside area. Prices for single family homes are expected to increase and demand does not appear like it will slow down anytime soon. I enjoyed a very busy and satisfying year which saw me help my clients buy and sell homes in Parksville, Nanoose Bay, Errington, Duncan and Sooke.
